Social workers at this level operate under regular supervision and follow well-defined guidelines.
You need to provide supporting documents to help the person evaluating your qualifications make a decision. The evidence you may be asked to provide can include:
  • Your resume, which should include your most recent job role.
  • Identification documents such as your Medicare card, passport, driving license, or key pass.
  • A reference letter from your employer or manager, outlining your job responsibilities.
  • Payslips or ABN certificates if you are self-employed.
  • A job contract or letter of employment/job engagement letter.

  • Meeting minutes that document discussions or decisions relevant to your qualifications.
