  • Photographs or videos of your workplace.
  • Meeting minutes that document discussions or decisions relevant to your work.
  • Daycare plans if applicable.
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)/Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) arrangements and procedures.
  • Case management notes.
